We've been thinking about heaven wrong.

This is a message that introduces a fresh and more accurate perspective of what heaven is really about. After 20 years of ministry I confess that I have been inaccurate in my theology regarding heaven and the resurrected body. It seems like I have been more influenced by Plato than Scripture. We do not arrive at the judgment as souls and are then sent to heaven as souls. Jesus had a bodily resurrection, and so will we. Heaven is not some spiritual experience in the clouds, but rather a new heaven and earth where we will live with God in our new bodies.
